Rapid Sample Turnaround
Development samples dispatched after construction confirmation. Trial lots available from a minimum of one beam – so you can validate quality before committing to bulk.

24 Toyota Airjet 810 looms running three shifts, 365 days a year, deliver 3,10,000+ metres per month. Capacity planning and beam scheduling keep large orders on track without compromising smaller repeat runs.

Quality Assurance
100% Roll Inspection
Every roll is inspected per metre before dispatch – checked for weave defects, count variation, and width consistency. Rolls are labelled and logged by construction, count, and order reference for full traceability.

Fibre & Blend Sourcing
Yarn & Fibre Sourcing
From 100% cotton to Lenzing Modal, Lenzing Tencel, and Cotton-Lycra blends – we source the right fibre for your construction and manage yarn procurement so you don’t have to.

Documentation & Export Support
Export Documentation
We prepare packing lists, commercial invoices, and Certificate of Origin documentation for export shipments, and coordinate freight forwarding from Ichalkaranji to JNPT for onward dispatch.
